Project description
Digital platform that seeks to reduce the consumption and disposal of single-use plastics in household cleaning, in partnership with local producers and distributors.
My contribution
Provide the team with the Design Thinking methodology to generate value, coordinate its correct application and make decisions regarding the product's user experience.
Cloreroo arises from an issue that I originally considered personal, since I reflected that it continuously generated too much plastic waste, which came from the products used to carry out cleaning tasks at home, and unfortunately going to a bulk distributor does not It was an easily accessible option for me.

Subsequently, and when talking with various close people, I realized that this issue was repeated for a large number of us, the foregoing served as a trigger that led me to develop a proposal aimed at solving such problem.

Initially, it was important to define the challenge, that is, how could we ensure that the greatest number of people, regardless of their social context, have at all times the necessary supplies for cleaning their home without having to go outside? from home and without regularly consuming or disposing of materials that have a negative impact on the environment?

Once the challenge was identified, the subsequent stages of the DesignThinking methodology continued, such as empathy where the key actors were identified, qualitative research techniques such as ethnography and interviews were applied, likewise, maps of empathy.

The foregoing allowed us to know what this issue implies for other people, to know their latent needs and motivations; since with this the direction of the project and its respective scope could be defined, thus allowing to establish a proposal aimed at solving the problem or challenge of interest.
